This workshop is based on principles of the Dalai Lama’s guide to a happy life paired with the latest trends of the modern work environment. Learn how to find more inner peace, become a better human being & doing at work, and activate your inner Buddha even under the most stressful circumstances. No mantra chanting nor long white dresses needed.

The team loved the event so much! It was a great time getting to hear about the lives the team leads outside of work and I found it to be a great workshop experience at the end of the year and would love to be able to do this in the future for my other teams.
